During high school, my art teacher asked me as well as two other students to be part of the Evanston Holiday Care Faire. At the faire, there would be a booth to sketch draw dogs sketches on the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend. The proceeds from these drawings were donated to the Evanston Animal Shelter. I was also asked to draw dog sketches at the dog day care business, F.Y.D.O. Land. When they had their F.Y.D.O. Fest in the summer of 2009 and 2010 I drew sketches of their dogs for their owners. It was an experience on precision, time management, and creativity.
